PART 7 – ER WANG’S PLAN WAS CORRUPTED

That night, unaware of the presence of her mother in the village, Hou Lei had her dinner with Ziam Jun. They talked about the connection between Hou Ma tribe and Er tribe, the history, the bad Main Land people. He proved to her that he was the right one for her, sympathy with her loss and he could comfort her pain.

-You know, I think Hou Ma tribe and Er tribe have a connection to each other. We are both the gifted human and were expelled from Main Land by “the true human beings”. – Ziam Jun said.

-My Father also told me that. It was a long time ago, but he also said that the Emperor of that time had his punishment, his family didn’t have any happiness and there was a fight in the Palace for power and levels. – Hou Lei chinned.

-I think it was the arrangement of fate to let me meet you, and now we’re here.

-It’s fate, maybe. – She smiled.

-Oh, I forgot, it’s nearly at midnight, I will lead you to your room.

Then he helped her to get into her room, one of the biggest rooms in the village. He waited until she closed her eyes and slept well before getting out of the room.

-Watch her carefully! – He said to the soldiers outside the room. – I don’t want her to leave this village, in the morning, you two just follow her. And remember, don’t let her get any doubt about you. Make sure she is always safe and always in this village. If she leaves, you already know your consequences.

The morning came, Hou Lei woke up and walked around the room, it was a very convenient room, much better than her room in Hou Ma village. There was a teapot already with hot tea and flowers on the table. Also on the table was a basin of warm water for her to wash her face. On the chair was a couple of clothes for her. Everything was just ready.

Hou Lei changed her dress and stepped out of the room. Er people, although they didn’t have nice faces or good shapes, still had a beautiful life. Er males worked on the small fields, Er women stayed at home to cook, take care of the children and have some handmade works. It was so peaceful, she suddenly remembered her family and Hou Ma tribe, which used to have a peaceful life just like this. But her everything now was destroyed by the ambitions of Main Land people, she hated them much, she wanted to get the revenge of them, wanted them to taste such as a huge pain she now suffered.

-Hou Lei, what are you thinking? – Er Wang stepped to her place.

-Oh, Ziam Jun, I … this scene just reminded me about Hou Ma tribe and the beautiful memories I had with my family. – She looked back.

-I know you still not get over the pain, but you must continue to live well, to do what you want and what your tribe expected at you.

-Let me give you a look around this village, you’ll see it look like Hou Ma tribe a lot and maybe you’ll find something interesting to do for draining out your pain and stress.

Then he led her to many places in the village, the crop fields with many kinds of vegetables and rice, the art place where Er women did their handmade, the watermill connecting to the stream from the top of the mountain. They visited some houses in the village, so Ziam Jun could introduce her to the villagers. The children ran after them, they smiled and always admired Hou Lei’s beauty.

Some days passed, Hou Lei was more familiar with Er tribe, she helped Er males to grow their crops better, taught the medicos about some medicines she knew and brought with her from Hou Ma village. She liked to play with the children, their smiles made her more comfortable and decreased her missing with her home and family. Besides, the Er women taught her to make handmade things, weave fabric and sew clothes. Her life seemed to be very nice.

After a month, Ziam Jun saw that Hou Lei might forget the revenge, he wanted more than that, he wanted her to be with him forever and to make his tribe more powerful. One day, when Hou Lei was sitting on the bank of the stream.

-Hou Lei. – He called.

-Ziam Jun, sit here with me. – She smiled.

-What are you thinking about?

-I miss my family, my tribe.

-This is your tribe now. We are your family now. It’s not enough for you?

-No, I just want to make the one leading to the Hou Ma tribe destruction pay for their evils.

-Please, Hou Lei, stay here with me, you’re alone in that battle, you can’t win thousand of Main Land people. I don’t want to lose you.

-Ziam Jun, I know you’re very good to me. But I…

-Let me take care of you for a while and then when our powers are strong enough, I’ll help you to fight back the Main Land people.

-Thanks for your sincerity. I can’t sacrifice your tribe to get my revenge to them.

-But how you can fight them alone?

Hou Lei woke up and saw she was on a bed, her clothes were changed into a bride’s clothes. She looked around and heard a conversation between Er Wang and his sentries.

-Make sure that no one can corrupt my wedding! Especially, her mother!

He looked back and saw Hou Lei looking at him.

-Why you lied to me? You captured my mother!!! Where is she now?

-Just marry me, and you will be with her in this beautiful village.

-That’s a machination, right? – She cried.

-I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to lie to you. I just want you to be with me.

-Your liar. All of you, just like those Main Land people, want to get more power and higher level.

-No, please, Hou Lei, don’t be so emotional. I can explain everything.

-Oh, Ziam Jun, what do you want to lie to me more? Ahhh, I know I can’t go anywhere now, I can’t escape this village too. I’m just the chess in your plan, huh?

-Please, don’t be like that. I don’t mean to do that.

And suddenly, the sentries outside the room got fainted. Ziam Jun also was dizzy, he smelled a strange scent and he also fell down to the ground. Hou Lei surprised by what she seeing. And then, a mysterious woman appeared. She covered her face with a pink veil. Hou Lei could sense there were many strange things on this woman’s body, but she couldn’t recognize if she had met this woman or not. The woman came closer to Hou Lei.
