PART 20 – HOU LEI’S DREAM

-Mr. Hu, Ah Jiang, I think we are disturbing them. – Hou Lei turned back. – Please come back to the Palace with me.

-Goodbye, My Prince! – They said to the Prince and followed Hou Lei.

After turning back to her room, Hou Lei sat down on a chair and laid her head on her hands.

“Why I must feel not good when seeing him with Liu Han? He’s not my type, even. He seems to be a very good person to other people, he said he didn’t love Liu Han but he went to the lantern festival with her as a couple. He said he didn’t mean to do bad things to me, but he always made me felt angry each time I met him. He said he didn’t care much about the fight for power, but he took care of his two brothers’ plan. In her dream, she was at a large field of grass. She saw someone coming to her place, that was a man riding a white horse. The man came closer, and she realized he was Tian Liam.

-Hou Lei, come back to the Palace with me! – He gave her his hand.

-Tian Liam, where are we? – She asked. – Why this dream is so realistic?

-It’s not your dream, Hou Lei, we’re here, this is real. – He answered.

-No way, it must be someone chanting a spell on me.

-Just come with me, and all the thing will be clear.

-Hou Lei, you can’t go with him. – Lei Hu appeared behind Hou Lei.

-Mother, I know you’re still alive. – She ran to hug her.

-Hou Lei, please, believe me, she isn’t your mother. – Tian Liam got down of the horse.

And then, suddenly, the two disappeared, her father came out of the smoke.

The next morning, Hou Lei was still sleeping, there was a knock on the door:

-My Princess, are you awake? The Third Prince wants to meet you this afternoon! – Ah Jiang said but not open the door.

-Tell him that I don’t want to meet him and don’t have anything to talk to him also.

-But My Princess, you two are going to be husband and wife, why you don’t care much about him like that, Miss Liu Han will take over him!

-She just does what she wants, I don’t want him!

-Really? – Tian Liam said as he stood there from the beginning. – So why you had to feel upset last night when you saw me and Liu Han together?
