MY EVIL PRINCESS:
Chapter 9: The doubt of Tian Liam
PART 62 – TIAN LIAM’S
DREAM_2
-It’s Miss Miang Xiang’s motel. – Hou Lei said.
-The rain is very heavy, and I see it won’t end soon.
– Tian Liam looked at the dark sky. – We should take a rest here waiting for
its end.
-Oh, My Prince, My Princess. – Miang Xiang greeted
them as they walked into her motel.
-Hello, Miss Miang Xiang. – She said. – We want to
rent a room.
-I think that’s a good idea for you two now. – Miang
Xiang found something in her logbook. – The rain won’t end so early, the sky is
very dark, it seems to be a very long raining period.
-I guess we should stay here for a night. – He said. –
I’ll rent a room, and please bring us some tea and food.
-Of course, my Prince, you are my VIP guests. – She
smiled. – Come with me.
Miang Xiang led them to the first floor of the motel
and stopped before a room in the middle. She opened the door, the furniture was
well prepared and set up for two.
-Here is your room. I will ask the chef to make some
dishes for you. If you need anything more, you can call me at the reception
table.
-Thank you! – Hou Lei said. – Could we have a basin of
warm water?
-Okay, everything will be ready for you in some
minutes. – Miang Xiang replied and left.
-Tian Liam, will the Queen get worried when we don’t
return to the palace today? – Hou Lei closed the door and sat next to him.
-Don’t worry, I said to her where we went to. – He
answered.
She arranged the rolls of fabric on a table near the
window. Outside, the rain was still heavy. She turned back and saw him looking
at her.
-Why do you look at me with suspicion?
-Have you met Ziam Jun before?
-Of course not, I lived in the West Land, he lived in
the South-West mountain, how could I meet him? You have a doubt with me.
-No, I just see he looked at you with emotional eyes.
-That doesn’t mean he knows me. Maybe he admires my
beauty, the same with your brother?
-So it means I must keep you carefully? There are many
men wanting you around here.
-Don’t talk like I’m the most beautiful in this royal
city. – She laughed.
-Yes, you are. – He replied. – You’re the most
beautiful I’ve met.
-Please, don’t pour honey into my ears.
There was a knock on the door. Tian Liam opened and
there were two servants bringing food and a basin of water for them.
-Mister and Madam, if you need anything else, please
call us, we are right at the below floor. – They put the trays on the table.
-Okay, thank you! – Hou Lei said to them and closed
the door as they left.
-So, what’s next? – He asked.
-Having your dinner, washing your face and going to
bed! – She replied. – Or you want to do anything more at here?
-Okay, just asking. – He laughed.
They had their dinner and chatted for a little more
before getting to bed. He laid on the backside of the bed, she was on the
front.
-Goodnight, my cutie wife! – He whispered to her ear
and kissed on her cheek.
-How dare you…
-I’m already sleeping. – He corrupted her sentence.
At the midnight, Hou Lei suddenly woke up and saw
sweats coming out on Tian Liam forehead and neck. She touched his forehead,
normal, not warm. She realized there was magic in the room, a very strong kind
of magic. She got up and walked to the middle of the room. She raised her hands
up and chanted a spell to find out who was cheating. The main source of magic
came from Tian Liam’s body. She used a spell to take the magic out of him, but
it was too strong and resisted her magic making her dislodged from her
position. She got a faint, she tried to call him and wake him up but collapsed
on the floor. Tian Liam was still laying there, not knowing what happened. He
was in a dream, a magical dream, as he lost in another world.
-Hello? Anyone’s there? – He called out in a dark
place.
Suddenly, there was the light of the fire and he could
see. Many people gathered by torchlight. He called them but no one replied to
him. He walked closer to the place and realized that he was in his palace. A
group of people surrounded a pole as they wanted to tie someone on there. And
from the left-hand side, another group of people leading by some soldiers
forced a lady in a red dress to go with them. He was like invisible to them. He
tried to focus on the lady and was surprised, that was Hou Lei. She was tied
tightly and was lead to the pole.
-Kill the demon! Kill the demon! – Many people shouted
out.
-Stop the sound! – A soldier shouted out from the high
place of the palace wall.
Tian Liam looked at that place and saw “him”. “He” was
standing with some soldiers, “his” face was very serious and looking at Hou
Lei. She was now tied to the pole. She had to be beaten by the soldiers, there
were many wounds on her body, and she looked exhausted. Blood came out from
many places on her body, mixing with the red color of her clothes.
-Stop! Don’t hurt her more! – He yelled, but no one
noticed him.
He looked at “him” again, no emotions on “his” face
when witnessing that scene. He found the stair and got to the fort. He ran as
fastest as he could. The man looking like him stood there and saw people
yelling about killing Hou Lei. “His” eyes were sharp and “he” said to the
soldiers below.
-Tie her tightly, can’t let that demon live in our
palace! – “He” said.
-“Demon”? – He surprised. – How could Hou Lei be a
demon?
-Should we kill her? – A soldier asked “him”.
-No, let people watch her more, to know about her
identity! – “He” replied.
-You’re crazy, don’t hurt her more. – He yelled
hopelessly.
-Leave her there, no one can approach her. If I know
anyone gets there, you will know the result! – “He” said, the voice was not his
normal voice, “his” voice was very strong and mixed with both angry,
disappointment and sadness.
-Don’t go! You must let her free! – He ran after
“him”.
But “he” just went to his room without any concern
about him or Hou Lei. The crowd also got out of their place, leaving only Hou
Lei tied on the pole. He got to her place, stood next to her.
-Hou Lei, can you hear me? I’m Tian Liam! Hou Lei…
-Tian Liam, please I don’ mean to do that! – She
replied.
