PART 126 – RESCUE THE REAL TIAN LIAM

The Emperor let Miang Xiang bring the drug to Ziam Jun. He wanted to avoid the drug but also wanting to prove something to the royal family, and he accepted to get the drug. After that, the Emperor commanded the soldiers to watch him carefully, he did not know what was the right thing and decided that he should still keep Ziam Jun in the jail.

On the other hand, as they had prepared some days ago, Hou Lei and Tian Liang were planning for their trip to the Er mountain again to rescue the real Tian Liam.

-We must be more careful this time! – Hou Lei said. – As I guess, that time the Er people had their own reason to let us get into the tribe and rescue the fake Tian Liam. However, this time, they will be more concerned about us.

-I know that, I have chosen the best soldiers of ours. – Mr. Hu said.

-That will not be enough. – Miang Xiang said. – The Er people have very strong physical abilities and they are not hurt by swords.

-So what should we do? – Tian Liang worried.

-We already have a plan. – Lei Hwa said. – You and your soldiers just need to incorporate well to us.

-Can I know the plan? – Mr. Hu wondered.

-We will need to poison the Er people by the drug I and Lei Hwa prepared. – Miang Xiang explained. – Then we need to wait until all of them get the poison in their body and I will use my hypnotic powder to make them weak. Your soldiers will capture them and some soldiers will come with us to their jail to rescue Tian Liam.

-Sound good. – Mr. Hu nodded. – But how can we poison them?

-By the water! – Miang Xiang continued. – There has a small river supplying water to the whole people in the village. They only have that supply of water.

-And who will take the part to put the drug into the water? – Mr. Hu asked.

-Me. – Lei Hwa replied. – I will have my own way to do that.

-When will we start to get there? – Tian Liang asked.

-Right now! – Hou Lei answered. – We don’t know if Er Wang has a connection with his people or not. If he has, Tian Liam must be in danger now.

-I understand. – Mr. Hu said. – I will ask the soldiers to go now. We will begin our trip right this afternoon. All of you should prepare well too.

In the afternoon, the Soldier General had asked the agreement of the Emperor to lead the soldiers to Er tribe with Tian Liang and Hou Lei to save the real Prince. They got into a horse wagon and belonging with them were hundreds of soldiers.

The evening of the day after, they got to the bottom of the mountain where the Er tribe was living. They stopped to take some rest and camped there for that night. When people in the group were falling asleep, Lei Hwa, Miang Xiang, and Hou Lei started their plan.

Hou Lei brought out the book of Hou Ma tribe and got to a page. There was a spell on the page letting someone be invisible in front of normal people’s eyes. Hou Lei and Miang Xiang chanted a spell to help Lei Hwa to become invisible. Lei Hwa got the drug pack with her and jumped onto the top of the trees. She jumped fast and after some steps of jumping, she got to the river of the Er village.

There were some Er sentries walking around the village to check the safety, however, they could not see Lei Hwa. She walked to the top of the river and dropped the drug powder into the water. She looked around to find Tian Liam, but he was not in the houses of the village. Her invisible shield had the signal that it was weaker.

Lei Hwa stopped finding Tian Liam and jumped back to the camping place of the group. She was visible again. And suddenly, there was some noise behind the three ladies.

-Who’s that? – Miang Xiang looked back to check.

-It’s me, Tian Liang. – He showed his face.

-How long have you been there? – Lei Hwa asked.

-Long enough to see the fantastic things of Hou Ma magic. – He replied. – I always wonder how the magic does in this world and today, you help me to acknowledge me much.

-Should we erase his memory about this? – Lei Hwa asked.

-Well, we can believe in him, mother. – Hou Lei replied.

-But he can tell others about our secret! – Lei Hwa did not agree.

-Do you remember Xiao Liang? – Hou Lei said to Lei Hwa.

-Xiao Liang? The guy you met more than ten years ago, had a good period with him, and he disappeared without any goodbye? – Lei Hwa wondered.

-Yup, Tian Liang is Xiao Liang! – Hou Lei replied.

-How can this be? – Lei Hwa surprised. – Look like that you have many connections with this royal family, my sweet!

-I’ll tell you later. We need to take a rest now to prepare for tomorrow’s plan. – Hou Lei suggested.

At noon the next day, some soldiers climbed to the place of the Er village to check if most of them got the poisoned water. They came back to the camping place and informed the news that there was nothing happening.

-So that, we can proceed to the next part! – Lei Hwa said.

-But there is nothing happening there. – Mr. Hu wondered.

-The drug only has its effect on the hypnotic powder of Miang Xiang. – Lei Hwa replied.

They separated the soldiers into some two small groups to find the Prince easier. Miang Xiang and Mr. Hu got onto the mountain from the left side where the wind began to blow from. Hou Lei, Tian Liang, and Lei Hwa were in a group. They walked to the main road leading to the village and waited for the signal of Miang Xiang and Mr. Hu if Miang Xiang’s hypnotic powder had got its effect. There was a cloud of smoke from the other side of the mountain letting Hou Lei know that everything was ready.

Hou Lei’s group got into the village, all the Er people fell down on the ground, they had no strength to fight with them. The soldiers looked for Tian Liam in each house of the village. However, after a while of searching, they could not find him. Lei Hwa remembered about the secret jail that Ziam Jun had used to keep her there. She led Hou Lei to that place, there were some Er people not get the effect of the drug. Lei Hwa brought out some leaves and chanted a spell on them. She blew the leaves to the Er people, the leaves flew with unbelievable speed and killed all of them. Tian Liang was more surprised by what the Hou Ma magic could do.

They got into the secret cave and saw a large jail where Lei Hwa had used to be in. And, Tian Liam was in there, he was tied with rope and looked exhausted. Hou Lei ran to the cover of the jail, she tried to open the door but it was locked hard. Miang Xiang walked to her place.

-Let me help, my Princess.

Miang Xiang brought out a vial and poured the purple liquid in the vial on the lock, the lock was melting out and the door was opened. Hou Lei ran to Tian Liam’s place and hugged him.

-Tian Liam, are you okay? – Her tears came down continuously from her eyes.

-Hou Lei, I don’t think that I can meet you again. – He replied with a weak voice.

-Do not worry, you will have plenty of time with me later. – She opened the rope tying him.
