Chapter 19: Tian Liam and Tian Liang
PART 142– THE DREAM

Tian Liam walked out to the garden and hugged “Hou
Lei” from behind.
-Thank you for always being by my side. – He said.
-Me, too. – She touched his hand.
A strange feeling started from his hand and spread
across his body. He felt something not right, but he could not realize what it
was. Hou Lei put down the water pot on her hand and turned back to look
directly into his eyes.
-Well, you are hungry, right? – She smiled.
-A bit. – He held his stomach.
-I have already prepared breakfast for you. – She
touched his cheek, another surge of sensation spread through his body again,
this time, it was a little bit more familiar.
The inner palace “Hou Lei” was trying to catch his
feeling with her, instead of the real feeling for the real Hou Lei. She led him
into the room and let him sit down next to the large table in the middle of the
room. She poured some tea into a cup and gave him.
-Just wait for me some minutes, I will make the food
warm again.
He nodded and got some tea, the tea somehow was
different from the one in his memory. Nothing liked the special tea that Hou
Lei made with the West Land’s recipe. He felt confused much, not knowing what
happened, and why he was feeling this kind of sensation.
“Hou Lei” came back and brought a tray of food with
her. She put the tray on the table and put food into his bowl. Tian Liam got
some and tried to find the taste in his memory, but no, there was no trace of
that delicious taste, replaced by a very strange taste.
-Is it good? – She asked.
-Yup, very delicious. – He lied and looked at her.
There had to be some kind of dark magic leading him to
meet this “Hou Lei”. Although he did not remember what happened the previous
night, he felt doubts about this lady, she was definitely not his “cutie” wife.
He knew that the dark magic would not let him be free easily, he should follow
this lady’s instruction instead of fighting with the unknown source of magic.
Two days passed, Lei Hwa had treated Hou Lei well, her
magical ability was back, they planned to return to the palace and rescued the
people in there. They had to be controlled by the dream vision. The more days
in the dream, the more difficult to help them out. They went back to the
entrance of the palace where Lei Hwa recognized the magical shield.
-I do not know if our magic can fight with this
shield. – Hou Lei wondered.
-I do not, too. However, we need to give a try. The
guy made this shield had spent a lot of time and magic to create the source of
dark magic in the flowers in the garden. – Lei Hwa replied.
-I do not understand why Wu’s magical book led us to
break the source.
-The idea of Wu’s magical book is good, to break the
plan of the black assassin, however, it cannot predict what will happen when
the source is released. In addition, the source was created after the book had
been written.
-It is lucky when I brought Tian Liam’s sword with me.
Also, I am worried that without the sword, Tian Liam cannot fight with the dark
magic in there.
-Do not worry much, the dream vision will not let
anyone have a chance to fight with it, even Miang Xiang. It will change time by
time to adapt to people’s ambitions.
-Okay, Mom, let us give a try.
Inside the palace, Miang Xiang still wanted to go to
meet the Princes, but Mr. Hu explained to her many reasons to not, he kept her
tightly in the room, with the soldiers outside every time. Miang Xiang also
could not use her magic to fight the soldiers, because they were just like her,
the real people in real life stuck in this dream vision.
On Tian Liang’s and Tian Liam’s sides, the fake Hou
Lei(s) also prevented them to walk out of the room. They needed time to grow
new sensations with them in the Princes’ minds. And they were on the way to success,
Tian Liang was more accepting the food of his “Hou Lei”, and Tian Liam was more
familiar with the tea he drank every morning. They just went to meet their
Father every day, but not meet each other, and then came back to their rooms
with their beloved wives.
Outside the palace, Hou Lei brought out Tian Liam’s
sword and Lei Hwa called her scissors with a spell. They used magic to put into
the sword and the scissors, then made them fly up and stab to the shield
surrounding the palace. The magical fight happened with strong winds blowing
around the place. The assassin, at some private place, sensed the fight and
tried to put more magic into the shield. After a while, Hou Lei and Lei Hwa put
more magic into their weapons and the shield seemed to be leaked a small
scratch.
By the difference of magic atmosphere level from
inside and outside the shield, the suction force from inside of the palace was
created and pulled Lei Hwa into the palace. Hou Lei was surprised by what
happened, but she could not stop fighting the shield.
Lei Hwa was thrown onto a large road leading to the
meeting room of the Emperor. She got up and looked at the scene surrounding.
The dark magic did not change anything, it just changed the actions of people
in the palace. Tian Liam walked out of the meeting room and returned to his
room. On the way, he met Lei Hwa.
-Who are you? – He asked.
-Tian Liam, it is lucky to meet you. – Lei Hwa ran to
his place. – Hou Lei is outside, come with me.
She held his hand but he pulled back.
-Miss… I ask you again, who are you?
-I am Lei Hwa, Hou Lei’s mother!
-No, you are not. Hou Lei’s mother is the Queen of
West Land, how can she come here alone like this?
-Tian Liam, we are in the dream vision, you need to be
out of here as soon as possible.
-What are you talking about? Do you want to hypnotize
me?
-Okay, this kid, you do not have a strong mind as I
think.
Lei Hwa brought out some herbs and chanted a spell.
The herbs flew around Tian Liam and shined, they tried to push the effects of
the dark magic out of his body. At that time, Tian Liang was on the way to meet
the Emperor and saw the scene. He walked closer to the two.
-What are you two doing? – Tian Liang asked.
And for the first time from the night of breaking the
dark magic source, the two Princes met each other.
-Tian Liang? – Tian Liam was surprised. – I think that
you are on your trip to make a relationship with other countries and planning
to marry East Land’s Princess.
